Charity Day 2025
Saturday 28th June, 2025 | From 12.30pm
Open Garden Charity Day with live jazz and a delicious lunch/tea – donation on entry (suggested £5pp)
Lunch £15pp – reserve your table and choose from some homemade quiches and delicious salads (email us to order & pay in advance). Cakes, savouries and refreshments are also on sale throughout the afternoon @£5pp. Raffle tickets £5 per strip.
Beautiful bedding plants and shrubs for sale from Morag @ Rapkyns Nursery. Relax and soak up the Jazz from The Roger Hind Trio.
We can be found at 15 New Place Gardens, Lingfield, RH7 6JD – 7 minutes walk from Lingfield train station. Parking will be limited but you can park for free in nearby Bakers Lane & Station Road or at the pay and display carpark at the station.

This event started as a MacMillian Coffee morning back in 2020 – we had to limit the amount of people we could let in at any one time due to COVID restrictions!..It’s now grown into something quite special and, to date, we have raised over £5,000 for our two charities. I would like to sincerely thank everyone, especially my very generous neighbours who have helped us over the years. Proceeds of the day will go towards MacMillan Cancer Support and the Alzheimer’s Society, two incredibly worthwhile charities.
If you cannot make the date, we would love you to come on another day, there won’t be any jazz but there will still be homemade goodies, teas & coffees and all proceeds will be added to the final total – just contact us to arrange a suitable day.
